Robert, amazing collection! Thanks for showing us. How long have you been collecting these? Where do you find them? What is that long sword on the left that is mounted vertically? -victor

Hi Victor, I've been collecting for a few years now and as for where I've gotten them it's a bit of everywhere. Garage sales, ebay, antique shops, gun shows, friends and swap meets. The long sword you ask about is a bit of a mystery. It seems to possibly be of Spanish origin. The woman (in her 80s) that I bought it from said that it and another sword,a kris had been brought back by her great uncle after the Spanish American War. Unfortunately she had just sold the kris to someone else.

I may have to get my "Weapons of Moroland" wall display shield and try to match them with your collection

Hello, Dimasalang, Thank you very much for your comments and I wish you the best of luck with your collection. Please post the pieces as you acquire them for the rest of us to enjoy . As of now I do not plan on selling any of my collection but if I do I will me more than happy to contact you. Jose, I just wish that my poor collection was as extensive and anywhere near of the quality of yours. Please be kind enough to post a few of your items with their descriptions for the others on this forum to enjoy as much as I have.

Oh if I only could. ;D Then I might be able to add a few more items to what my wife lovingly calls my walls of rusty junk. I have a few more that I haven't made racks for yet but will post them when I get them hung. Robert

Posted by VeeVee on Yesterday at 5:34pm Very nice. What do you call that blade, your latest addition? Hello VeeVee, I have been told that it would be referred to as a tres cantos. Here is a new picture of this dagger after a light cleaning, a little wax and with the bead on the pommel replaced. Robert
