And Rudy, I'm happy to say that no kids' college funds, IRA's, 401K's, paychecks, etc. were harmed in the purchase of this piece of history Mostly from my play money account replenished by selling junk on ebay

Congratulations, VeeVee. At least you were smart enough NOT so say "...this is my first M1". Someone told me about their first M1903. I told them I still have my FIRST M1903....and the 17 I bought after that!!
