ONE MONTH BEFORE MAIN EVENT (PREPARATION STAGE)
PRESS Conferences/Releases and Various Briefings

Set Up CLARK FREEPORT ZONE HoseFest ’10 Areas of Engagement and Activity Area, i.e.

Competition Fields/Arenas, Etc.; Stage(s), Tarpaulins, Postering, etc.); ANGELES; MABALACAT; Clark SHOEMART; North Luzon Express Way (NLEX)
Flyering; Postering; Media Affairs

Prior to Main Event
Various Participants from all over the Philippines and South East Asian Region will be converging
At various areas; and will be heading for Clark Freeport. Expected to come by land through
NLEX/SCTX; by air at Clark International Airport. Some will come with their Horses; Trailers,
Etc.; and as early as November 15-26, 2010.

Parade of Horses & Carriages at SM Clark and to Fields Avenue

- Trade, Carnival & Food Fair at El Kabayo
- MADDOG Poker Run Starting Point and Finish at El Kabayo
- Various Horse Mounted Games at El Kabayo - Key Hole; Barrel Races, Etc.
- Western Entertainment & Dancing at El Kabayo
