This is the first part of my road trip through Bataan and Corregidor story. I can honestly say that if I hadn't taken this trip, I wouldn't be on this message board right now. Consecrated in the Blood of Two Peoples: Bataan (Part I) (The title comes from MacArthur's 1944 return speech)

Thanks! I'd love to join in some living history events, but I'm based out of Sasebo, Japan right now. The closest thing I'm getting to doing a living history event is for a story I'm doing on a Japanese group that re-enacts the 442nd RCT next month, so I had to modify this into a second impression- U.S. 5th Army photographer!

Ooh share some pics of that 442nd event. Cool.
Well when you're back stateside from the navy, maybe you can join some early war PTO living history events.

I would love to do that. Not sure when/if I'm headed back stateside, but things are always changing.
