OUTSTANDING presentation and setup Perry and BNK group! Mabuhay ang Sundalong Filipino!
What was the feedback with the attendees? Please give us a report on the presentation. Were the plexiglass displays yours Perry? I was truly impressed by the info card display prepared for each uniform. Very professionally presented considering it is at the individuals expenses and difficulties in collecting and presenting items that are ignored, taken for granted or just plain uninformed by the present generation of Filipinos!
I hope your lecture presentation continues to spread and grow to help inform and educate those concerned. And thank you for posting pictures.
Philip

Wow....Again and as always I'm very impressed. The ground work was indeed laid out already.
The flowers and the ribbon was very clever.
The one with the bullet clip on his suspender was very interesting. During the Spanish/ Cuban War there are photographic evidence that infantry men do this as well, inserting ready clip on their leather suspender (part of the webbing). Learned this from Agmohio's site.
This for me was really Living History's about....Interactive. In here there's a great divide on how a re-enactors should react with the public. Some don't bother talking to them and some just like this; answering and sharing info with the public.
Keep it up. Hope your group will be more and more be recognise.

I have to post again don't want my necro posting to be the first one on the list. The work of BNK was far too important to miss.
I went to Madrid recently and just realised now that I lived just a couple of blocks where I can buy an Alpagartas....Plaza Mayor.....After my Commonwealth, next project will be this.....Philippine Revolutionary.....

Hi jnmod,
Nice impression you've started with your son. You can start to slowly built on your 26th impression.
Possible a Lt's bar. And a campaign hat with the 26th DI pin. Keep up the spirit of the PS alive!

Great show! The Manila Hist. Mus. should have something like that as a permanent exhibition (whenever it opens again & refurbishment is eventually done). Did you get any press or T.V. news interest?- David
