Wow that looked like a lot of fun. It must have been quite a thrill to have danced with her. Do you have a video of you and your girlfriend dancing?

I hate to say this... but fellas we're in the wrong reenactment category... B20 knows what kind of reenactment to get into ;D Why carry a rifle and a helmet and hang out with men when you can dance with pretty ladies all night? (LOL) I do have two left feet so... while I'm looking for a dancing right foot... I'll need to live vicariously through you B20. Please keep posting photos and videos of your "reenactments".

I gotta tell you guys, it's no secret that women love to dance. And, it's way better to sweat dancing with them than sweating under the sun playing soldier (no offense to reenactors). I hope this picture gives you guys an understanding of the ratio of male to female dancers. BravoTwoZero, I have seen various pics of you and your girlfriend. Post some more World War II vintage pics and Spanish colonial pics if you can. I like your style with the girls. That's what I'm talking about.

Sorry for necro posting but I have to say something. Before I started my re-enacting I'm always been and already into Swing (dance) band, Miller and the likes. I'm even championing our very own Fred Elizalde (who incidentally fought under Franco in Spanish Civil War. I even got my self a VCD of ballroom steps from the Philippines (looser me). So you see this was very close to my heart.
B20 hats off to you. Well done to you and your missus, how I wish I can convinced my wife, sigh...
Maybe in the future you can see me posting my pics, jiving...
There you go my secrets are out now.....I'm not really a Fighting Filipino but rather a Dancing Filipino......dancing not war..hippie of the 40's.....if only the Japanese discovered the Devil's Music.....

No kidding about being in the wrong category. Of course, if tried that now, there'd have to be a squad a paramedics standing by!!
