I've only seen 4 out of 6 videos but they did have the PS. They even dramatized Jose Calugas.
I noticed though that when they had the graphic drawing the Abucay line, the narrator said it stretched from Mauban to Abucay. And the graphic showed it ending at Abucay. It really ended in Mabatang, they just called it the Abucay line. Abucay was a couple of kilometers behind the line.

Since it was a PA production I can understand that they wanted to focused and highlight on the PA Divisions achievements. Only in passing they they mention the Scouts. It is from a PA point of view.
Even Calugas who they portrayed was not mention at all I believe as a Scout. They should give credit were credit is due. Yet in all the combat scenes footage taken from "Dawn of Freedom" and reenacments they shot they were all wearing the steel helmets of the scouts, were all generalized as USAFFE soldiers. Not even a single mention of the Scouts achievements in the different battles that took place all over Bataan. Philip
Great video! First time I've seen it although I've heard about it before. The reenactments look great. I think they did the best they could with what they had. The M3 Stuart they had looks very convincing although the gun mantlet gives it away as a mock-up. They probably just did the turret and superstructure. There were no shots of the tracks, suspension and hull. The Japanese tanks were great looking miniatures. They put a lot of work into it. I guess they didn't have the heart to blow it up when hit. I wonder if they have a how it was made or filmed edition. Overall a great effort. Thanks for showing us the video.
