Hello Everyone,
My name is Darwin Concon and my Lolo served with the constabulary in Bataan and later in Corregidor. I was hoping you guys would know where I can find the gray camino cloth worn by the constabulary during the turn of the century?
Thanks,
Darwin

Hello Dfconcon: Check out the QuartermasterShop.com and click on the Spanish-American War tabs on the lefthand side (Enlisted) and check out the M-1874 or 1878 Light Wool Shirt. It's part of the standard issue of the US Army during the turn of the century including the Blue Wool shirt. It look like some Macabebe Scouts were wearing them too.

Thank you so very much. I'm doing a Philippine Constabulary memorial tartan and needed to see the shade before I send it to Scotland and incorporate it into the base colors and sett of the Philippine National Tartan. Again, thank you very much.
