Great Pictures, Wish I could have joined you all there. Maybe next year again? If a "Bataan" battle will take place.
It's a shame you guys were not able to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of Bataan. Who are the other PS reenactors? Two guys I know are missing in your group. Whose is the watercooled MG? Such an iconic MG of Bataan.
Your enlisted kid finally gt to use his steel helmet.

Thanks guys. I'm waiting for Donald to put up some of his pictures too. We were attached to the group that puts up the 59th Coast Artillery camp. We have a group picture with them but not from my camera. All the other Scouts were from the Virginia/DC area. The 1917 MG "fires" and produces a loud authentic ratatat with muzzle flash. It's hooked up to a propane tank and a car battery. I manned it for hours on Saturday. My orders were to fire bursts at unsuspecting groups of people for "show". In front of it is a pretty elaborate barbed wire defenses (made of rubber). What happened was that kids started "attacking" us and fall down when "hit" by MG fire. Then they get up again and start charging us. THEY KEPT ON COMING, we almost ran out of propane There were about 12-15 kids doing this... they had helmets and toy guns from the flea market B20, Here's a video for you: www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3SJm4TPftsMore to come... I just need free time.

Nothing is free... Thanks for posting. Did you read the response from PSHS board about the request for the New Mexico trip. Send me PM to discuss.
Looking forward to see more pics.

Thanks for the video Veevee. The couple dancing on stage are Joe and Heidi. We talked to them last year. Don't know if they'll remember me though.
