I'm doing research on my grandfather Lt. Frank Baja Bautista (deceased) who served in the Philippine Scouts from October 4, 1922 to January 29, 1945. He was part of the 92nd Coast Artillery Corps, Battery "B" and fought at the Battle of Bataan. At that time, he held the rank of 1st Sergeant. I'm trying to find anyone else who served with my grandfather in the 92nd CAC, Battery B. If you have a grandfather or relative who was in the same unit, I'd like to connect up with you. Please e-mail me at rpmuriera@gmail.com Thanks! ~Ron Attachments:

Hi Victor~
Thanks for the welcome! Yes, it is a great photo of my grandfather. I'm checking in with my aunties to see if they have any more pics of him when he served in WWII. Will post if I'm able to find more.
Thanks also for providing me with a list of the vets from the 92nd CAC. I live pretty close to Monterey and Pittsburg. Do you know if these vets are still around?
~Ron

Yes...my grandfather does look young in the photo. I'm trying to find out how old he is in the picture. He enlisted in the Philippine Scouts in 1922 at the age of 18 at Fort Mills. He was assigned to the 92nd Coast Artillery (PS), Battery B and stayed with that Battery up to World War II. He surrendered along with other Philippine Scouts and Americans and was a survivor of the Bataan Death March, and imprisoned at Camp O'Donnell. I actually have his handwritten reports which details his activities between 7 Dec. 1941 and 26 Sept. 1942 when he was released from Camp O'Donnell.
