FOR YOUR INFORMATION: An American publisher, Cerberus Books, has undertaken to republish some books by Vic Hurley which are important to Philippine history. Already released is "Swish of the Kris, the Story of the Moros Authorized and Enhanced Edition" which is a huge improvement over the earlier edition - with new maps, photographs, a comprehensive index and an introduction about Hurley. In the works is an improved edition of "Jungle Patrol, the Story of the Philippine Constabulary (1901 - 1934)". Hurley was the originator of the PC's Creed: "To be outnumbered, always; to be out fought, never." The publisher also has an unpublished manuscript by Hurley recounting the life and career of the legendary PC officer: Leonard Furlong which it is considering for publication. kk

Helo Faustino;
Long time no hear my good friend. I'm trying to e-mail you, but no reply, maybe its not anymore the same e-mail. My e-mail is still the same. Good reenactment events here in the Philippines, today we are recognized & known by the NHI, AFP, Nat'l Museums, by the Lopez, etc, etc, Thanks for your great help, still fresh in my mind way back 2005 when you went here in the Philippines to help start the reenactment group.
Hows your son & wife? Your ina-anak Botsog is already 5 years old & a Prep on this coming school year. He participate in many reenactments too as either Katipunero in Rayadillo, A Spanish Army of 1840s or a Guardia Civil.
Mabuhay & God Bless you & your family; Perry
