I'm a photo research guy with a national US based magazine. We're running a feature on The Battle of the Points and I'm searching for photos ... any photos! That folks might have in their collections for use in the piece. Part of the focus is on Dyess and his involvement, how the Air Corps guys got folded in with everyone after things went 'south.'
I can credit, we have a bit of a budget if ya wanna go that route.
This is a publication so I'm looking for hi res versions. Guys in the 'bush' Scouts, I know that there isn't much out there and the condition of a lot of the images is ... pretty beat up, but I need as much as possible.
Please email me as soon as possible at guy.aceto(at)weidrhistorygroup.com
Thanks!

Try the Japanese Vets. Ass., and their historians, as I suspect, that the Japanese would at that stage of events would be better resourced than the hard pressed US/Phil. forces. I take it you have already tried the US Army archives and the museums in the Philippines? Good Luck, David
