Curious looking uniform, from what army is No. 53 ? May our youth grow to be tough as leather, fast as greyhounds and hard as Krupp steel!

Hi Rudy,
The class A Perry has is an Original that Ray sent and apparently fitted him. But that can be copied very well, only difference is the the availability of that original khaki fabric they don't have it in Manila.
To have one made here it is very important that you either sent him a coat that fits you perfectly that the tailor will used as reference. Or you just have to come to Manila for him to measure you. As it will need a fitting session for him to make adjustments to get your measurements and fitting right. The fitting is the most critical stage. hope this helps.
Philip

The limitation to uniforms of WW2 gave a more cohesive image of a united re-enactment group, which must have helped in recruiting new members. I t may well be a good strategy for future events. But can we do the same to promote recruitment for the wars of 1896-1904 please? David

Hey David! We are promoting both era. It just so happened that we came from the early morning event with the Philippine WW2 veterans as Philippine Scouts and Commonwealth Army reenactors before coming to the cosplay. Those guys in non- PS or PA uniform just came for the cosplay in the afternoon event.
I look forward to meeting you after completing my Phil. Republican Army officer uniform of the same era as yours.

Hi Bulikiti2! Will you be at Balangga on the 8th? hope to see you there. Did no one ask no 53 at Coscom, what he was supposed to be? Looks like a Polynesian warrior of sorts to me. David (Insurrectomad)
