U.S. Army Signal Corps reels about the Philippines

The first 4 reels are basically G.I. familiarization about the Philippines (when liberating areas).

My favorite parts are the "Humphrey Bogart" style used by the second announcer and the G.I. "Joe Shmoe" character in the fourth reel. ;D

Afer the fourth reel, You'll start seeing Eisenhower and films from the old "Crusade in Europe" series.

Great stuff Ray, I'm amazed how you were able to search for this rare footage. Love seeing 1940 period doc. specially on the P.I. We need an announcer with that doc. voice. Thanks for posting.
