Very impressive Macky! I didn't know there were so many photos covering the event of Lawton's death. I have only now seen the film; don,t know how i missed it back in early July. I do hope we organise something can to commemorate the Battle of San Mateo 19 Dec. 2010 (111 anniversary) - David

Thanks for the wonderful remarks on my work david. Some of the Photos were given to me by Tagailog during our exchange of information last year and some are part of my photo collection taken from the web and on the Barrio Silangan.
This is a product of our collaboration, without their help(Tagailog and Dimasalang)this video will never materialize. Thanks to this two brilliant Researcher.
Although my passion is about The Battle of San Mateo, Gen. Licerio Geronimo and the Tiradores Dela Muerte, I found that he(Gen. Lawton)was very much critical to the war against the Filipinos.
I found him to be "Filipino at Heart", he called the Filipino-American war as an "accursed war" but was forced later to deny it to avoid negative public opinion in America.
I started to admire this brave good American general. He fought the Filipinos in war but he believe in them, he admired them.
I believe, he deserved the respect of every Filipinos.
Macky
