Image representing The Fighting Filipinos of World War II exhibition The Fighting Filipinos of World War II - This exhibition of artifacts and photographs explores the Filipino military and guerrilla units during World War II. The presentation is a tribute to the forgotten World War II Filipino fighters, who served in the United States Armed Forces in the Far East, in their struggle to liberate their country from Japanese oppression. The collection features rare photographs and military artifacts of the 1st and 2nd Filipino infantry regiment, the 1st reconnaissance battalion, Philippine scouts, the Philippine Army, Constabulary and native guerrilla units. Exhibit organized by local researchers Brady Brazil, Roman Abad, Robert Capistrano and Braulio Agudelo.
