I'm from Germany. Im currently taking up an immersion film course at the International Academy of Film and Television. What took me all the way to cebu was my genuine interest in filmmaking and since i visited the city in the summer of 2004, I've always wanted to get back for a longer stay. The training here is completely hands we work on professional sound stages, use state-of-the art High Definition filmmaking equipment, and make really tough creative and technical decisions. We basically eat, breathe and sleep filmmaking. Here are some snapshots of our sessions.

Hello Lexx, I have a feeling you may have mistaken the forum for a movie actors' board, probably because of the "reenactor" in the title. It's primarily a Philippine History discussion board as well as the offshoot historical hobby of "reenacting." Reenacting is a hobby where hobbyists wear historical uniforms and impressions for public display and for educating the public in various aspects of history. This particular board's focus is on Philippine history.
You are most welcome of course especially since there have been discussions on movie depictions of Philipine history and battles. Some of the reenactors in this board also participated in documentaries for reenacting historical battle footages. Some of us also daydream about putting together some sort of film about Bataan.
I just wanted to clarify the focus of the board since your postings seemed off-topic and concentrated solely on film.
Anyway, welcome to the forum. And thank you for telling us about the IAFT in Cebu. I didn't know that there is a state of the art film school there. Awesome!
