The PSHS was just informed on the passing of 1st Lt. Justo Dumlao (July 14, 1914-August 16, 2015). He served with HQ & HQ Battery, 2nd Battalion, 24th Field Artillery (PS).
We had the great honor of meeting him at the 30th Reunion in San Antonio. The PSHS wishes to extend our condolences to the Dumlao family. Thank you for allowing us to meet a great hero.
