i think the photo is an old one and mis-labeled. i am almost sure these are PLA soldiers from a few years ago during the floods in guandong. the camouflage is definitely not AFP (we use DPM). But hats off to the AFP , red cross and the coast guard. been seeing them extremely busy over the past 3 days. As well as the many private citizens who went out and volunteered.
