Attempting to contact family members of two veterans of Bataan and Corregidor previously assigned to the 192nd Tank Battalion.

Photograph during a memorial dedication reveals Elmer wearing the CIB. Angle of Dorsey does not allow determination of badge.
Purpose: To furhter justify veterans assigned to other units, and fought as infantrymen were authorized the CIB according to guidelines.
