I'm doing research about this particular battle. I've checked a number of books, websites, wiki, and the best source so far was a book by Ocampo about the life of Gen. Edilberto Evangelista. Evangelista was the most prominent casualty of this battle, the other was Capt. Mariano San Gabriel (a 60 year old Magdiwang fighter). Can anyone suggest more sources that described the events, formations, environment, conditions, etc. It will be interesting to know what the Spanish side wrote about this event. By the way, Gen. Evangelista was the Belguim trained engineer who taught the Katipuneros how to build trenches, batteries and pillboxes. His designs were instrumental in a number of Filipino victories around Cavite.
