The Fort McKinley PS Chapter went to Corregidor to have some reenactment photoshot last Jan 2010, the pic below (first pic) is one of the shot taken and im surprise when i saw the old original pic (2nd pic) from one of the news letter i got from Steve and Marcia on the Rock it is almost similar even the way i stand, makes me feel great to see some thing like this. Corregidor Jan 2010, Mcshine (front right), Sgt head security of the island (front left), Alvin w/ haversack and Philip (2nd row), and Me the one standing also with binoculars, some modern structure was Photoshop by Philip Garcia PHILIPPINE SCOUTS at Fort McKinley firing a 37-mm. antitank gun in training[/quote]

Yes - this is coincidental - but Philip Garcia is the one who directed the shot while I & Ernie took the photo (since I'm wearing Dungaree blue uniform instead of Khaki he-he). Philip knows the proper or standard positioning of the gun crew so it would appear accurate & almost the same on the original photos.

Don't forget it's Alvin who was next to me with his haversack. Glad you like noticed it JJ. Thanks Perry.

Great photo guys! That's one of the more famous PS pics I've seen, the one with the 37mm... nice that you guys got to do a homage to it!
