Not 503rd but this guy must be a reenactor... he's not exactly fit-looking ;D Why do you keep mentioning the glasses? Are you the one they commented on for wearing sunglasses in an event?

Naw, not me, just the commenst they did not wear sunglasses by a few of are pictures and when they came by.

I wasn't there but I thought the issue was someone forgot to take off his non-period sunglasses during the public battle, and the encampment judges commented on it or something. I don't remember anymore.
Going back to thr 503rd. Apparently these pictures had been "published" before... online that is in the Corregidor/503rd website.

Cool! I was surprised to the see the M42 uniform used in the Pacific. I was under the impression that this was just used in the ETO. Nice to know this uniform soldiered on until 1945 and in the PTO!

Either that, or an old, long service NCO with a "Milwaukee Tumor" hanging over his belt. lol ;D The haircut and clothes on the civilian look correct.
